I have found the author of the file
("http://lists.insecure.org/linux-kernel/2000/Nov/att-1700/02-kernlog_pcd_scsi").
The file is an attachment on the mail with the subject "2.4.0-test10
problems".
This message was writen on the 9.11.2000.
Doas someone know something more about this test?
