[PARPORT] after cdrecord -multi.. mount leaves a 0byte File /mnt/cdrom, ECP issue?

After appending to a unclosed CD (earlier written in windowz ), when I tried to
mount it a 0 size /mnt/cdrom FILE was created, evidentally deleting the
pre-existing /mnt/cdrom dir. when I loaded the pcd module and mounted the cd in
my HP CDRW, all files showed up except for thoes I had just tried to append. Is
this a cdrecord or parport related issue. Suggestions appreciated for both.

wav.iso tree looks like
/Wave classics 1/{1,2,3,4,5}.mp3

I put the written CD in my regular CDROM
#mount -t iso9660 /dev/hdc /mnt/cdrom
made a /mnt/cdrom file in place of a directory
#umount /mnt/cdrom
#rmmod
#insmod pcd
pcd: pcd version 1.05s, major 46, nice 0
pcd0: epat 1.01, Shuttle EPAT chip c6 at 0x378, mode 0 (4-bit), delay 1
pcd0: Slave: CD-Writer+ 7100
#mount -t iso9660 /dev/pcd0 /mnt/cdr
showed the same file that were there before but no recently written files.

I have succesfully written a CD with the same modules (pg mode 0) except without
the -multi option.
Would much like to find out a solution...
